Getting ready for dance class:
What to bring?
Trainers, a water bottle, and most importantly - your upbeat energy!
What to wear to class?
Please wear comfortable clothing which you can move in. Usually a t-shirt, hoodie, jacket, sports shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms work well - just make sure you are comfortable!
What shoes are good for the class?
Please wear trainers or dance trainers which are comfortable. If it is wet or snowing outside, please bring your shoes for class separately so you have dry shoes to dance in. For safety reasons; no bare feet or open toe shoes (sandals, flip-flop, crocs or sliders) can be worn for class.
Is the class suitable for all levels?
Absolutely! Classes are for all, whether this is the first step into the world of dance or expanding your dance knowledge with a new style, variations of choreography will be offered so all dancers feel confident in the movement.
Is there a bathroom/facilities?
Yes, there are bathroom and changing facilities in the Activity Hall at Croesyceiliog, parent are encouraged to ensure their child/dancer is ready for class at the start time.
Is there a water fountain to refill bottles?
Yes and good hydration is encouraged throughout classes, please bring water/bottles to keep hydrated!
Taster First Class
How does the teacher know it's my first class and not to charge me?
We maintain a comprehensive list of who's attending their first - and therefore free! - taster class so you will not be charged on the door.

Is there Parking at Croesyceiliog School?
Yes, there is parking. Please use the main Croesyceiliog School Car Park.
Where is the drop off and collection point?
Please follow the signs for the Activity Hall at Croesyceiliog School. Once in the Activity building, please walk down to the entrance to the Dance Studio.
You will be met by the teacher. Children and dancers will be taken to the dance studio by the teacher. There is a secure door lock system for limited access to the dance studio for classes.
Parent/Carer Info:
Can parents/carers watch their child/dancer in class?
Parents are welcome to watch at one of our arranged shows, but due to safeguarding policies, parents cannot view/watch regular classes, unless it is a special event (i.e monthly watch of class invite sessions).
We will arrange specific parent/carer viewing classes so parents/carers can see their child/dancer's progression in the class, this will be on set class dates to allow the children/dancers who wish to partake and show their progress to attend. Any children who would prefer not to partake can skip these classes.
How do I register my child/dancer for class?
Please select the class from the class time table, 'Book your spot'. This will take you to the Dancer Registration form and book your spot for the class.
How do I pay?
Please bring cash to pay for the class. We will take payment on the door.

About Claudia



Claudia's journey started as an acrobatic gymnast at King Edmund Gymnastics Club, before she transitioned to a performing career at the age of 16.
Since completing her training at Liberatus School of Performing Arts, she has travelled the world, completing performance contracts on Cruise Ships, at the Royal Albert Hall, stages across Europe, and working multiple contracts at Disneyland Paris.
Claudia is dedicated to the art of creativity and performance, with a passion in seeing those she works with excel to their maximum potential; her flair for teaching, combined with years of professional experience, makes her a well-rounded, knowledgeable dance coach.​​
Confident and experienced in teaching a range of abilities and ages; Claudia’s overall experience has developed a fun, enthusiastic, infectiously positive teaching style, which she loves to see guide, grow and coach young dancers to their full potential and goals.
Experience
Having worked internationally as a professional performer, Claudia has enjoyed spending 10 years in her role coaching dance and performance technique, choreographing competition routines for National, International, European and World Championships and creating showcase/displays in competitive acrobatic gymnastics.
Through her gymnastics choreographer coaching role Claudia also featured on CBBC's Gym Stars.
